Agreement

By using zepharo.store or purchasing from Zepharo, you agree to these terms. We may update them; the version in effect at the time of your order governs that purchase.

Products and Pricing

We work to display accurate prices, availability, and product information. Rarely, an error may occur — if we discover a pricing error after your order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel before charging. All prices are in USD. We do not collect sales tax.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders (for example, suspected fraud or stock errors) with a full refund of any charge.

Custom Artwork and Intellectual Property

When you submit a logo or artwork for custom products, you confirm you own or are licensed to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for your order. We will not use your artwork for any other purpose. Zepharo's site design and content remain our property; product brand names belong to their respective owners.

Shipping and Returns

Free shipping applies to all US orders. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery in original condition — see our Return & Refund Policy for the full process, including custom-order terms.

Product Use

Mats and floor graphics are intended for their labeled environments. Follow the care instructions included with your order; improper cleaning (solvents on rubber, saturation of carpet backings) can shorten product life and is not covered by returns.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zepharo's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation — email support@zepharo.store and give us a chance to make it right.
